I ordered a racer leather jacket that came with some surface defects. The leather somehow stuck to itself and ripped chunks of color out when unpacking. Luckily the exchange was swift and uncomplicated. Within a week I had a flawless replacement. The jacket fits me well and is of good craftsmanship. I may buy another color at some point.

Awesome experience on service and quality. I had to order a larger size due to my width. The replacement was very comfortable. We need size 10 wide in more color options.

I walked about 10,000 steps in these boots on the first day during a conference. The first 6,000 steps went on without any discomfort. After that, they felt slightly uncomfortable because of the pointy toes, but I was aware of that beforehand, so it didn’t bother me. The boots are made of full leather, and the sole is quite soft. Overall, a great purchase!
