I purchased the pink tourmaline stone strand with open ends. It is so much better than I expected!! The colors are beautiful, the length is perfect for showcasing my favorite charms, and the hefty weight hangs perfectly. I also used the bamboo connector from Three Sisters to anchor my look. Truly love this piece, and this company!

This rating is specific to the piece I purchased, not the site/service overall. Unfortunately, Three Sisters Jewelry Design makes it near impossible to find a way to review a specific product (or at least I can't figure out how), so that does need to be another mark against them. I purchased the Small Paonne Peacock Charm Lock and was absolutely stunned by the beauty of the piece when it arrived. Sadly, the clasp on it makes it unusable. More times than I could count, the charm lock popped open entirely on its own, making me constantly nervous I would lose the single charm I had hanging on it. I will no longer be using this charm lock and am quite unsatisfied with the locking mechanism on it. I really wanted to love it, but a more secure lock should have been used for the clasp. In its current state, purchasing this Small Paonne Peacock Charm Lock is a great way to lose your jewelry.

I stumbled across Three Sisters when I was looking for a personalized charm to honor my beloved Bernese Mountain Dog who recently passed. The Silver Molten Heart Personalized Charm is so stunning that I ordered a Silver Khonsu Traveler Personalized Charm to update a charm necklace I’ve been wearing for 19 years with my daughter’s name on it.
