PACKAGE LOST BY UPS AND THREADSY REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT You never really know a person//company until a problem arises. I have been waiting weeks for my shirts only to discover that apparently UPS has lost the package. Threadsy says that they will not send a replacement. Instead they want me to buy the shirts again and pay for them again... and then IF/WHEN UPS resolves the issue they will refund my first purchase. If I owned this business, I would fire some employees immediately and make this situation right with the customer (ME). This is absolutely unacceptable substandard bordering on fraudulent business practice. You have been warned!

I bought these for my husband. He is on the bigger side and we have a hard time finding shirts that are long enough to cover his stomach. These Hanes shirts did the job. Good quality too.

Package arrived a week later than stated at checkout which then meant I had to pay to ship it to my Granddaughter who was visiting at the time of order. 5 shirts and 4 canvas bags were all in a shipping bag which upon arrival had multiple holes, including a large tear in the address label.

Purchased a combo of Jerzees and Hanes polo shirts. The Hanes shirts were only a few cents more but much better quality than the Jerzees.

I have used Threadsy for the past 4 years to order shirts and hats for my small business. They recently made a ton of changes and it is showing in the worst way! I place at least 2 large orders a week from this company, sometimes more during a high-volume week. My orders never go through the queue, I have to reach out to customer service every single time I place an order to have it pushed through the queue just to get the order filled. Then I am lucky if I have the order in 7 days. I even paid a ridiculous amount in shipping to have my order rushed and still didn't get it for 5 days! My orders have at least 2 filthy shirts in them or the boxes are not sealed all the way and shirts are hanging out of the top. They look like they have been drug across the floor and instead of replacing them they just toss them in the box. I have inquired on why this is happening and they continue to tell me this is an issue that tech support is working on yet there have been no changes. This has been happening for the last 5 months. I have always loved this site because I am able to make small orders and meet the $50 limit for not shipping and also make large orders whenever I need to. The customer service is absolutely terrible, always so irritated to figure out what the situation is and even more irritated when they have to push the order through manually repeatedly. It is beginning to be more convenient for me to pay for shipping with another company than risking my orders being delayed because of this company's constant issues. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore.

Don't trust this brand. It runs way too small. Why can't they make the correct size?
