You sent me the wrong socks

I purchased new sets of socks to replace the pairs I brought in 2008 that believe it or not lasted to 2026, very thick and sturdy quality socks that obviously lasted almost 2 decades. The pairs I received now are not as thick or feel the support of my previous purchase years ago. I get it things never stay the same.

Just the right cushion and comfort for playing tennis.

I only wear Thorlos, however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Have tried with no avail to get assistance with my last order. They just don't seem interested.

there was a typo in the order address and Thorlo cancelled that order so I could re order. The socks I ordered came fairly quickly. Unfortunately you never know if your emails are going to be answered by a human or by AI.

These socks are harder to put on than higher pressure prescription compression socks. Consider my rating of 3 stars a gift.
