Product Is good . Just sucks NV came up with a sales tax which makes it less of a deal

Better than other companies regarding conditions of cigarsupon arrival. Some rare issues with cigars seconds and overruns ie runs and difficulty to draw. To much of a hassle to deal with CS so best to throw out and not buy again
