To date I have not had a bad experience with TCC, our family and friends have enjoyed TCC Beef now each holiday, and New Years was no exception with an exceptional Beef Brisket. We moved to Idaho and found that beef is great here. When we decided we wanted to purchase a quarter side of beef, we did research and found that this company is solid. They raise their beef naturally and pure of unnecessary chemicals. The meat has a beautiful red color to it that you do not see in any market. The taste is superb and once you have this beef you can never go back to a supermarket again.
