The Sleep pillow mist does seem to help you drift off initially, but I’ve found that if you wake during the night, its effects don’t seem to last. Previously, I used Aromatherapy Associates Sleep Mist, which has a deeper, woodier fragrance and seems to remain effective throughout the night. That said, the pillow mist is significantly more affordable, so I’d say it’s an excellent alternative for the price.
