For at least 5 years since my late teens, I experienced severe brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and fatigue. I felt like I couldn't get through a day without 1-2 naps. Since taking the Adrenal Assist, making sure I am getting enough sleep, eating a LOT of protein, not ovetraining on the gym, and taking all my supplements, I am feeling much better and rarely experiencing these symptoms. I can't say the Adrenal Assist is 100% of the reason why because of all the other health changes I have been making, but I definitely think it is a big reason why I'm starting to feel better.
