I came into the store and Maria assisted me in choosing the correct product and size. She was extremely helpful and took her time to throughly answer all of my questions she was able to get my items to me right away. By far some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite a few years.

Very slow process to get a shirt.

I ordered this hat, a winter hat and 5 different shirts. I qualified for free shipping. Shipping said 5-8 business days. My order shipped 17 days after I placed it. Before that I went online and sent 2 seperate emails because no phone number was available. No one ever responded to my emails. I then attempted to cancel my order and was unable to do that. I was finally able to find a phone number. I called during business hours and no one answered so I left a voicemail and still haven't received a return from my message. I finally received my package after 19 days. I'm extremely unhappy with the service. I've ordered in the past and never had issues. I don't know what's going on with this company.

I still do not have the shirt!!

I ordered 8/25/2026. Super long wait times and zero communication from your company. Actually the product says “ships in 3-5 days”. I’l pretty disappointed paying so much for shirts and waiting 3weeks + for them to arrive. This has been consistent with a prior order placed recently. I am not likely to continue being a customer or supporter of 13fifty apparel.

I like it I hope you still offer 4XL shirt or sweatshirt s I’m big but trying to lose weight I’m having hard time

I have attempted numerous times to contact this company by phone (no working number) and by email (no response as of today) about a payment issue. No response to any email. The products we bought are 4 stars. The customer service is 1 star.

These shirts are so comfortable and look great with my uniform. Great Job

Love my shirts just wish there was some more military alongside civil services.

Great shirt. This makes my tenth shirt from you all. I'm not sure when I purchased my first one but it's been several years ago (4+) and still going strong.
