AI bot suggested absolutely the wrong size, but returns and exchanges have been easy. Delivery time could be improved as it usually takes a whole week to receive items. T-shirt bra has been the best purchase by far. I have tried other styles and generally find them lacking in comfort and fit. I am in my 40's and have had children so things are loose and low these days. Hoping for options that work for a bod type like mine. Undies have been okay. The lace used on some items could be prettier/higher quality (just my opinion).

I was fitted for a bra and it was really helpful

I tried 6 bras, 2 at a time, to find the right style and fit. I kept 1 bra. My first order I paid the extra ($4.99?) to avoid restocking fees or whatever. (I really didn't understand what it was for exactly. ) In the end, the system worked fairly well but I was really skeptical. I don't think they did a good job of outlining the return process for different scenarios - one area on the website would say there is a fee for this and that, but then I was told there was no charge??? I had to keep asking questions about all the return and exchange 'rules'. I kept feeling they made it complicated so you would end up paying little extra fees because of the fine print. Also - other sources on the web about ThirdLove said you could try the bra for 60 days - but its not true. Do not take the tags off!! At best you have to 'wear' the bra with tags on around the house for a few hours to see if it will be comfortable.
