The sales pitch on the TV add stats good for the neck. Then after reading all the instructions with the product it says don’t wear curtain normal moisturiser and foundation. So I am unable to use it. Also it took about 3 to4 weeks to deliver.

I have been applying the 'xcellerate 35' hair product now for approximately 27 days. 15 sprays twice a day. Unfortunately I am not seeing any change in my scalp/ hair. I will continue until the product is finished, which I think another week. My hair is fine on top and thick around the side/back. Any suggestions.
