I have always been skeptical about dieting and taking tablets to assist but for the first time ever in my life, I have stuck to the instructions and this has worked for me. P1 was easy! P2 was tough to begin with but once you get passed day 4 and the headaches disappear, it's get easier! I lost 4 kgs in the first week and and a total of 7.5kgs in 27 days. Now I'm nearing the end of P3 only 7 days to go. I have maintained my new weight and I am over the moon. Thank you Thinco. I would without doubt highly recommend.

So glad I tried this product! I was a-bit unsure at first and read all the reviews on here and anything I could find by googling and in the end I thought what’s the harm and gave it a shot. I’m so happy I did! Done the 25 days and each day my scales went down and I felt just better in myself. I wasn’t a huge girl to begin with just wanted to lose a few KG 5-7 and with this program I did. If you are struggling to look weight give this a go! It is kept me on the right track since and helped me watch what I eat and how much.

Despite not having a huge amount of weight to lose, following the Thinco program worked well for me. It is not an easy program to follow as it is very strict, so I would recommend blocking out your calendar for a month to ensure you aren't tempted at social events etc. It's a great thing to do for yourself so I highly recommend! I lost 5kgs and feel so much better about myself.
