We love this new addition to our entryway. I did need service to figure out how to apply reward points. Fortunately the FAQs on the website were all the help I needed. The coat rack was packaged well and shipped quickly. Assembly was easy. It is very modern and sturdy.

I replaced a Body Wash dispenser that I had dropped. Love all Yamakazi items.

Firstly, I appreciated how well the item was packaged. All the hooks were individually wrapped so as to not scratch or be scratched. The mounting was easy (watched my partner do it). And the finished product fit perfectly behind our office door. We’re using it to hang our sports bags.
