Got some great Mitchell wines 2019 & 2010, at a fantastic price.

One of the bottles listed as available and therefore ordered wasn't available and delivery of the whole order was held up accordingly thereby missing the Christmas deadline. Subsequently did dispatch the remaining five bottles (late) without the missing one. Then subsequently did deliver the final bottle some while afterwards

Range of products is great, ordering is fine, delivery updates are good. But on the odd occasion when a box arrives that's had the absolute tar beaten out of it, you always feel a bit anxious about the health of the contents. Given how these boxes are clearly labelled, why do they get such a rough treatment sometimes? It can't be great for the wine given the "travel shock" or "bottle shock" we can read about. It would be good if the deliveries were less roughed up than this.
