I am enjoying buying wine from the Wine Collective but i have a couple of suggestions. You seem to be having more and more secret labels and though some are quite good I prefer to know what i am buying. When I buy a wine that I like and try to buy more it is irritating to find out sometimes that its price has increased. Until you have tried something new it is difficult to buy more than a couple of bottles.

My first buying attempt was a most frustrating and off-putting experience. Confusion between computer and human action was most disappointing. Second buy was handled better, and properly, but a feeling of distrust lingers.

Excellent follow up service. Having one carton damaged in delivery, you not only replaced the damaged bottles from your stock but also offered similar tasting bottles for those that were no longer in stock. That was very much appreciated, Thank you
