Happy with the prompt delivery and quality of the wine. Would have preferred, however, that the box be left at the sheltered front door as instructed, as I always need to then pick up from the Post office, which is inconvenient.

Once again you've provided amazingly fast and efficient service. My wine, at a crazy low price for such a quality wine, arrived at my front door in less than 4 days (including the weekend).

As always the service and delivery process was faultless. The phone consultant was his usual efficent and knowledgable self and the process of delivery to two different addresses was seamless.

I have been a member since the days of The Wine Society and not had any problems with the wine quality, the prices or the service. Our present advisor, Malcolm Bates, looks after us and is very helpful with selection.

The wine arrived unbroken (thank the wine Gods), but it took quite a long time for the order to leave the warehouse. I don’t mind though, because it is worth the wait. 😂

My experience with The Wine Collective has been first-class, as they have always delivered great wine at a price you would never see anywhere else. I have had some beautiful wines that, for the price I paid, felt like I was stealing them. All jokes aside, being a member has been one of the best choices I have made.

This might just be the best wine club in Australia. For those that are masters of wine and those who are not, there is something there for everyone.
