I'm a Certified Hair Loss & Extension Specialist and have been using The Weave Buddy foundation support since 2014. I love all the little special touches of the red ribbon showcasing Katt Hinskey big heart when creating these systems. The Weave Buddy keeps my clients installations in place, free from shifting, tension and it let's them keep the hairstyles longer while bringing confidence. My favorite foundations are the pixie, frontal and Braidless.

First I would like to say that Ms.Kat is a very talented and patient instructor. Everything went so well during my stay in Rosita. From the pick up at the airport to our return. I learnt even more than just info about the weave buddy. Ms. Kat was very paywith me and passionate about me understanding and getting what I came to learn. I love that she allowed me to still enjoy my trip and have a vacation while still attending class. Our condo was very clean and beautiful, it also had things we needed for the beach and more. If you go reserve the cook. Every meal was delicious and request the pancakes, you won’t regret it. Be sure to checkout the CoCo Beach. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I’ve been doing weaves over 20 years and I gained much more from this experience that would’ve took me some time to figure out. Ms.Kat even had a take home bag for me which I totally didn’t expect. I kinda wish it was another class to take just to go back.

It was very confusing to install. i also didnt feel it gave coverage for the price and what it said it would cover, maybe i didnt get enough i ordered both pieces the crochet & the frontal coverage

My hairdresser saw it on Tik Tok the summer of 2023. I was hoping I could get it by early November for a trip I had planned but it didn't arrive until after I returned. I believe it took approximately 5 weeks to get it. I finally had her install it in March 2024. I don't have any edges and have very thinning hair. The weave buddy has helped a lot. I do hot yoga 2 - 3 times a week and this has helped tremendously with me not having to worry about my hair. I was able to put my hair back from my face without it looking like I'm balding. I highly recommend this. I'm starting to see signs of my edges growing back.

I ordered this unit and added a side part and the area where the part is located is just a huge gap of lace and is unnatural, for women with true slope is it does not provide coverage. There is a silicone band that helps it stay in place but you can’t get the crochet hook through that area to attach any hair. Any hair added to that area will have to be sewn on. They shipped my unit to the post office “hold for pick up” and the post office they shipped it to was 30 minutes from my house!!! If I pay for shipping it should arrive to my house. You will also have pay for any instructional videos So frustrating!!!
