Excellent Customer Service!

I love this product. I have fibromyalgia and it helps so much with the aches and pain when I have flare ups.

Shipping was a real trial on my last order and Village Co absolutely knocked it out of the park making certain that I got my order. Really grateful for the excellent customer service.

Nice packaging, fast shipping we love our kit the kids can’t wait to use each item.

great , interested in more cute items, especially the gift sets

I like the products I purchase from this company. Easy to order and always feels good on the skin.

No issues. Happy to receive my Soft and Dri!

Excellent!!

My daughter absolutely loves these, so much fun and so many options!

Always professional and affordable. Always delivered on time.

They provide a quick shipment, which I appreciate. In the several years that I’ve purchased from the web site, I’ve only had one shipment where I had a bottle of bath oil and the cap was knocked partially off. I emailed the company and they replaced it immediately.

Shipping took longer than expected but eventually received my order packed well, intact & correct!

Would like faster shipping and better deals, but much easier to find what I want on the website vs hunting around retailers.

Everything arrived in good shape as scheduled.

Nice packaging design and logo

Everything was excellent.

Fast shipping, very carefully packaged.

Great! The Village Company is an excellent brand & I am very happy with them. I never have any issues using the website to order exactly what I want. My items always arrive on time, if not early & they are packaged very well. I have never had any issues.

Great service, thanks

My overall experience was good. Nice packaging fast delivery the products did relax the muscles wasn't as lasting as I'd like but it definitely did help
