The scooters dope, but the listing wasn’t very accurate. You’d think after spending 800 bucks the scooter would come with what’s listed on the listing but anyways after receiving my scooter two things were wrong with it for one the listing stated it came with tilt bar ends which didn’t come and secondly the listing stated it came with tenacity bars but was shipped with Trianon bars which arnt as good so I called them and they sent me the bar ends which was cool but not the tenacity bars I even offered to send the old bars back and they didn’t want to make things right! Next time I’ll only buy from the company no more helping out the local scooter shop!

Any communication I had with the shop has been good. I would like to see shipping only through fedex or ups, usps is very slow unfortunately.

Bought a ton of products so far and customer service is amazing.

I was expecting my order to take a week or so to get here but I ordered it Thursday and it got here on Monday! They did not cheap out of the packing paper lol, more than half the box was full of it, but it all came in great condition no damage to any of it. And the receipt in the box was a nice touch. By far the best scooter shop in my opinion.

Love the shop and my order will definitely return to shop!
