Great experience with the products. Found a few that are just not for me (crème brûlée and some other creme I cannot remember). The order has always been right and I like the bottles they use. Makes mixing easy! I wish shipping was faster, but that is UPS or USPS for ya!

Service has been great. Was willing to take time on the phone to answer my questions regarding a flavor I use to purchase at a defunct web store. Orders go out quickly. I was able to find a flavor that is satisfying. I think the website could be a little more user friendly.

I think Vape Mall has the potential to be the best DIY Vape Retailer in the US, however their execution needs work badly. On my first order, two problems. First, the bottle caps and opening methods are faulty, leaky and of low quality with no calibrations. Second, their recommendation for a tobacco flavor concentrate was terrible.
