Excellent service, no shipping charges and arrived quickly -- a virtual shopper's dream. The door, as described in all the reviews I read, is excellent, insulated and looks more expensive than it was. I have little home improvement experience and had to install it myself. I wish that there were a couple of well-made YouTube videos showing how to install this particular door because it took me far longer than it should have to do it. I had a lot to learn, but of course this is not the fault of the Uncommon Dog. Their instructions were probably perfect for most people and if I hadn't been determined to finish it over the weekend I could have called them for help...

I have gotten SO many compliments on the new coat I bought for my Wheaton Terrier! Everyone wants to know where I purchased the coat. It keeps him nice and warm in this Chicago weather. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company! I ordered the Room With A View and received it 3 days after ordering. It is adorable, was very easy to assemble, and very well made. It is for very small dogs, probably no more than 15 lbs. Highly recommend. I probably would not leave this outside in the elements, but most tiny dogs who could use this would not be left outside anyway. Would be great on a porch or even in the house. Put in front of a window and your puppy can see out from it's balcony! Linda

I have a 4 year old Irish Setter who has bad hips. He just started sleeping in the big water bed with me but he needed a boost to get into bed. He's very independent and didn't want to keep waking me up every time he wanted to get into bed. So, I found these stairs online and it only took him 2 trys to get himself into the bed using them. The stairs are so solid and very stable which make him very confident running up the three steps and hopping into bed. There is a lot of storage inside the stairs too for his toys and XMAS gifts that I have to hide from him. He loves showing off his stairs to everyone who visits him so they can see how easily he gets into bed. My niece saw the stairs and how well my Setter used them and decided to get her 140 pound American Bull Dog a set. So, I say thank you for making my Irish more comfortable and for helping him take some of the stress off of his hips. I highly recommend these stairs. Margerita luvs her new steps. Much easier for our 9 YO Chihauha to get up and down from our tall bed. Moved the 4 step to the couch. She is up and down all day... Great product. Priced A little high… but overall very good experience.

We have two of these beds (Large and XLarge) and our dogs love them,especially the pillow part of the bed. We have had these beds for several years and now we are needing another one for our other BIG dog. After washing the covers they are hard to get back over the bedding but they stretch back out once the dogs start sleeping on them again. The beds have held up very good. I do put a twin sheet over each one of the beds to help keep them cleaner & not have to wash them as often. Very good experience overall.

The bagel bed in purple looks so cool in my living room. Sam loves it and she cuddled inside it straighaway. My dog is a kind of fox terrier, 25 lbs and size small was definitely the right size for her. bigger would NOT have been good for her. I have not washed it yet so I cannot comment on that. Very nice experience overall.
