Shipping was delayed. Bearings and caps needed to be replaced on both ends of the axle due to damage.

The product looked like it was good and possibly good shape prior to shipping but I didn't like the way it looks after I received it after paying what I paid for it, I would like to order again but afraid of receiving order the same way

Shipping took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but it was right after a holiday weekend and was an axle. To order the axle the website made it easy to find the right size and option I needed for my trailer. The new axle fits like a glove.

I ordered a 3.5k tk trailer axle and double eye single axle hanger kit and was pleasantly surprised w/ ordering process. I installed the axle, springs and hanger kit today and all went well. The only problem I noticed was minor (spare axle end caps were bent). I just got off the phone with TPO and they are sending replacements. Overall I am very pleased with TPO and will definitely use them again.

I received my axles in a timely fashion, but I wish they would put them on a full length pallet and strap them down better. All four ends were crushed when they arrived because of using the wrong size of pallet and having them hang off. The axles are still functional, I just had to get new caps, but still not what a guy expects for brand new axles.

This company didn't have exactly what i wanted but i was able to make modifications to make it work (centers on the suspension) and get back on the road quickly with free shipping. The problem was the shipping company dented the back plates (nothing would turn) and smashed the grease cups. I negotiated a deal with Trailer parts outlet that was better than expected getting new grease cups and a complete set of bearings. Very happy in CT. I tell everyone about the site. Thank you

My friend referred me to there website and I checked it out and was stoked to see there prices so I hit them up and made my order was stoked to see the parts coming in I live in Hawaii so the only downfall was one package got lost but I called and told them they replaced it and got the last package stoked there super helpful and best prices around I would of paid 3 times as much in Hawaii so I highly recommend them to anybody 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
