I accidentally order pills instead of the powder and when I went to change my reoccurring order to correct item, customer service went above and beyond, fixed it for me, and even sent me the powder. I didn't ask! Had zero expectations to receive anything what so ever. Just wanted to change future orders but was surprised when I was being sent powder. I have been ordering from this company for over 11yrs. And although unfortunately some items have changed with ingredients that I don't agree with. They still have products that are reliable and absolutely still pure, clean, invest in your health products. The price is worth how your body feels, functions and handles adversity in our lives. So appreciate customer service and being human and thoughtful and just doing something just because. I really appreciate appreciated it. Such a lovely surprise when usually everything else in the world is a hassle. Thank You!
