I have an issue with the container of the cocoa butter which is a solid mass. So hard I can’t spoon or cut it. I have to put the container in a pot of water to melt enough for use. The container then changes slightly. Each time I need to make more of my products I have to use the same method. I can’t afford to buy the larger amount of $110

Has something changed? The Avocado Hair Butter that I received was an extremely softer melted butter. The viscosity was not solid at all.

The address was put on incorrectly. The Street came first and then The Street number. The computer system of the USPS/post office said my package was undeliverable. The computer couldn’t decipher the address that was typed in that order. I did email the SULU you did tell me I had to go to the post office and pick it up, which is a very long way from my home I didn’t appreciate having to drive that far to pick it up and I hope your system corrects that for other people it was an inconvenience to drive that far but I do like your product Sincerely, Susan Camas, Washington.
