The product was too snug so I followed the instructions on their website to request an exchange for a larger size as they don’t do refunds. I sent repeated emails asking for status and they would only say: did you follow the exchange instructions on our website? They informed me that they did not receive the returned product and then just ceased all communications. I asked to speak to a human and no contact info was supplied. Just horrible customer support. By contrast bought a care4dogs sling for my dog from the Netherlands and got amazing service and for 1/2 the price. But ordered through Etsy not the company directly. I wrote this review in the shop app but didn’t appear on their website.

I don't know how I lived without this product. It solves challenges I had never realized I was facing. Everything is possible now with my snuggit because I have the use of both of my hands and arms while carrying my small senior puppy safely and close to my body where he likes to be. My only regret is not buying more than one. Both my mom and I are upset when we bring the dog to eachother without the snuggit accompanying him. It's a must-have. I couldn't recommend any more.

My order was never submitted to Canada Post. I ordered it on Dec 21st. I have spoken to Canada Post who has indicated it was never given to them and are still waiting to receive it. No one is taking any responsibility and I keep on being told to contact route protection but I have no way of doing that as I don't have their contact.

I absolutely love my Snuggit! It's perfect to carry around my little pupper! The customer service is amazing. I actually ordered one that would have been to big for my pup but luckily they reached out to me before they made it and got my size and my puppy's size and made me the right one! Very happy with the whole process and product! Thank you!!

I went through many dinky sling from Amazon. They were all either too small for my 18 lb and growing French puppy or the material was stiff and uncomfortable, had too much metal buckles snagging at my long hair, and put too much strain on my shoulders. They designed the snuggit to be very wide - it covers the shoulder and the bicep, which helps alleviate the strain. Also very thankful that they have a Snuggit Plus, for pets over 15 lbs because a lot of us still want to carry our medium size dogs when were are working on the computer or walking around. My puppy is so comfortable in it that he sleeps even when I am walking and moving around a lot, which he never did in the other slings I got.

With an elderly, blind rescue who suffers severe separation anxiety, The Snuggit has been absolutely life changing for us. I can easily take my girl most places with me now. We’re in Australia and dogs are not welcome in all places, however with The Snuggit I’ve even managed to sneak her into the supermarket :) A huge thank you to Bronwen for designing such a perfect pet carrier and also for being so helpful when ordering. I need more colours now :)

We love the Snuggit! I really don’t write reviews but I felt like the Snuggit itself and the customer service needed one. I’m very detail oriented and like to know as much information as possible before buying a product. The customer service at Snuggit is unbeatable! They helped me pick which Snuggit would fit best for my dogs specific size. Snuggit was SOOO detailed when it came to their responses. They made the process so seamless. I was worried at first my baby wouldn’t fit in the Snuggit because he has very long legs but each Snuggit is CUSTOM made and fits him great! We decided to go with engraving as well & it came out so cute! Our engraving is in the color orange and Snuggit even went out of their way to DM us asking which shade of orange we wanted. My baby Brady loves the Snuggit and being so close to me. It’s comfy for him and it’s super convenient so I can take him anywhere. We love to shop so being able to carry him in the Snuggit and be hands free to grab things has been amazing. We even practices before going outside just to make sure he would be comfortable and he wound up falling asleep! I truly thing the Snuggit eases your fur babies anxiety. I highly recommend the Snuggit and if your ever unsure of which size or style to get just DM them 1:1 to help. The responses are super quick, detailed, & helpful for anyone looking to give one! I also want to mention the quality, it’s vers soft and durable. You can tell it’s going to last awhile without wearing away. The material is vegan, which we obviously love. We got the black, which matches with everything but they have so many different colors to choose from which is another great part about this company!
