The Shrimp Farm has amazing customer service! I was worried about my order, and Ryan responded to my email immediately. So nice and supportive. I will be ordering from them again!

They arrived healthy and active. Now in my tank for a couple weeks and I’m enjoying them immensely. There was an issue with the number ordered vs delivered and the refund was instantaneous! Great company to deal with.

The delivery guaranteed they have for the shrimp and snails that I purchased was great. They arrived dead, but they replaced them within the next week and they’re doing great. And the death of the animals was nothing to do with the shrimp farm. It was due to a delivery problem.
