All three snails arrived healthy and with beautiful shells (obviously well cared for!). It took a day for one to start exploring and a day and a half for another but they assured me that if they turned out to be dead instead of shy they would honor the arrive alive guarantee past the 2 hour window. I have been pleased with my Red Cherry Shrimp from The Shrimp Farm. I have never ordered shrimp online before, so I decided to purchase from The Shrimp Farm since I had an excellent experience with their shrimp. I ordered 12 celestial pearl danios. All arrived alive. One died a day or two later, but it had a growth under its mouth. I sent a picture of the deceased fish to The Shrimp Farm and they promptly refunded my money. Excellent shrimp, excellent fish, and excellent customer service! Thanks!
