I would like to amend my opinion of Scotland Kilt Company, and more specifically regarding the person I corresponded with, whose first name begins with C. I mistakenly believed that this person's email asking me to pay tax fees in addition to the price of my item was a scam. I was wrong and apologize to C. I hope this email will rectify the situation.
