No problems except for delivery time. I ordered in July and received it in Nov. It was a special order half sash denim. I wish there was more updates on projected delivery time.

I ordered the blue leather this time - it’s my 4th Sash bag. It was a Wednesday afternoon and as soon as I’d clicked to process my purchase I remembered I was leaving town in just 3 days. Aarrrggghh! I certainly didn’t want to risk having my brand new bag sit on my step or between my doors for a week while I was away, and scrambled to arrange people to come and check my mail every day I’d be gone. To my very-pleasant surprise, my bag arrived on Friday! I couldn’t believe it - and neither could the friends I called back to let them off the hook for mail duty 🙃 I love the buttery soft blue leather 🩵 AND the gorgeous pattern inside. Though I never expected to get it so quickly, I am thrilled to have it with me on this trip!

Considering that I live in Canada, and that I usually wait over 6 months for my pre-orders, I was blown away by this rapid service. I really like your bags. My favorite is is still my first blk/ brn . I think the communication could be better when things go out of stock or delayed in shipping. Customer should not have to contact you first that should be you reaching out to your customers.
