The employees of The Sak were so kind and easy to work with, I know I was a problem customer not intended I originally ordered the crossbody and it was just a tiny bit small. So The Sak walked me through the return process which was as simple as could be. So then I decided to buy the hobo and fell in love with the wallet. I ordered both items. When I got the hobo I could not deal with the short straps. I inquired if I could purchase the longer strap like the ones with the crossbody but was told no. So now I will send back the hobo and purchase the crossbody
