Consistent with the wines. Excellent customer service!

I'm very happy driving to Napa and pick up wine. But sometimes it's better to have them shipped to my house. Since Napa is about 100 miles away from my house.

Always great.

Great

Great club. Even though I'm an ocean away, service it still excellent.

I wish it had been 3 cabs I received. It's my absolute favorite cab and is comparable to an Italian Amarone. . The red bland was bland. . not a fan. The Pinot Noir, like the red blend, lacks complexity and depth.

Love this winery

Great wine

Suggest club of 24 bottles per calendar year. Current releases do not consider the effects of heat on shipped wine. I would love a 24 shipment per year!

Always a wonderful time at The Prisoner Winery with great wine, good people excellent service and unforgettable wine experiences

Great customer service and delivery is always smooth.

Excellent

Thank you.

Every bottle’s been delicious

Easy to maneuver the website. Great selection of wines and reasonable prices. Just received delivery so I haven't had the opportunity to try them yet. I'll be back to make a review later.

Service is always excellent

love the trios and the white pinot
