It is challenging to have coupons accepted at times. Shipping cost is high at times depending on item being purchased.

The merchandise arrived promptly, well-packaged and protected, even the beak of one bird enclosed in cardboard. The quality is good. I had the items sent to me for a bridal shower gift with gift messages, which I would have liked those to have been on individual cards that looked nicer than text crookedly highlighted in the invoice, seeming impersonal and belying the price of the items. I will type the messages up myself on something nicer.
