Vergani make the best gf panettone (and colomba for Easter) - fluffy, soft and moist, with lots of fruit .... absolutely perfect. I also bought the pistachio one which I have high hopes for ... saving these for Christmas will be hard! They arrived within 2 days, very well packaged ... many thanks The Panettone Store
