Service excellent, prompt shipping, the bra fit expert was really knowledgable and patient. It was a lot of work to try and find my right size but they persisted! I like that even though I couldn't get the right fit, it was beneficial to us both - they can use the feedback to potentially improve their bras, and I know so much more about how to correctly fit a bra for myself. I'd love to be able to buy one of the bras in future if they ever make ones with longer straps.
