I can’t really comment at this stage as only been taking it for about a month and I normally try and give products 3 months. Not noticed any difference at all yet.

I like them and have noticed my skin is clearer and brighter, but I noticed this last delivery the capsules are larger which I don’t like. And they came in another glass bottle rather than the refill sleeve.
