I like the color and overall design of the backpack. The pockets are well designed, and the zippers are smooth and easy to use. However, I find the shoulder straps uncomfortable, especially when the bag is packed a bit heavier. The discomfort is mainly around the shoulder area. This might be because the straps are still new and have not been broken in yet.
