Great customer service prompt delivery too

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered a personalised bottle with a “Merry Christmas” message and instead received one that said “Happy Birthday. ” After contacting the company, I was assured this would be fixed and that a replacement would be sent. The replacement arrived — and it still said “Happy Birthday. ” This mistake happened twice despite clear communication, and now Christmas is next week. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive personalised product. What should have been a simple correction turned into unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend ordering personalised items from this company, particularly if you need them by a specific date.

Personalized a vodka bottle for my son’s 21st birthday. Received a different bottle shape which then made the sticker crooked. Got in touch straight away and was told I would receive a replacement. Three weeks on and I haven’t received it or heard from anyone Left disappointed. This was supposed to be a special gift for my son to remember his 21st birthday.

Love this purchase and definitely will be ordering again for other presents. The quality was great along with everything else, the only comment I have is I thought the dried fruit slices would have been a bigger size for it being $10. (This was probably my mistake tho as I didn’t fully read the description)

I just received my personalised gift to give my fiancé this Xmas. A nice Shiraz with a photo of our love birds who unfortunately flew away this year.
