You shipped the wrong item to me and will not respond to correct it. Is this a scam site?

Online order with local pick up. Had all lures in stock and was cordial in confirming order was ready when I called them. Order was quickly filled too. Local friend raves about them and I’m now a fan as well!

They don't pack their fishing rods so it came with a broken tip.

I went to goose hummock and they set me up big time for school tuna fishing on the spin. Got 2 casting/ popping and a jigging set up complete rods,reels , terminal tackle , lures and jigs and wealth of information. All the people at the store were great .
