These guys are different. Im not speaking on the product this time. One of my hair ties just happen to be bad (it happens to the best engineered products *shrug* ) it lost its rebound rather quickly. I mention it in passing on a facebook ad and with a little info from me, a free pack of the classy a. f. all black ties are in my hands a little while later. Best customer service ive received in many years. Youre not just getting the best hair ties when you buy into this club
