Still I was a bit disappointed in the necklace I selected because it was smaller than I had pictured it - probably my own fault as the website did give dimensions. Still, it looked nicer online than in reality.

The earrings are adorable — but the customer service is what blew me away. When my order turned out to be out of stock, they personally reached out and then shipped overnight via FedEx so they'd arrive in time for my niece's birthday. Right on time, exactly as promised.
