Oh I love love love this recipe book! We’ve made so much from it, including the gluten free bread, the posh lavosh (love the name), the rustic wine biscuits, the homous, beetroot yoghurt dip, immune chicken soup, & mini quiches using the gf pastry recipe. So easy to follow. I have all my faves with paper tabs. Before following Teresa on FB, I was ordering in a prepaid meal option as I’d lost interest in cooking from “duty”; but now I feel really inspired, we are eating healthy delicious foods again, and my son and I are cooking together again.
