Shipping was reasonably fast, I got a good deal and the product was affordably priced. The product itself is awesome. I want another Headache Hat and a Halo, I love it so much. Great work, and please keep up the excellent quality. I have heard of people saying theirs was not as good quality as it used to be, I have no frame of reference for that as this is my first time using it, but maybe they got a knockoff from Amazon or something.

I used to love headache hats as I frequently get migraines. Now the hats do not come with the felt piece that is needed. They also are smaller, and visibly, lesser quality. Hats are smaller, and the replacement ice cubes are smaller. When I originally ordered my headache hat it included the headache hats, the felt, and a smaller band headache hat. Now everything is separate and it seems the company is moving away from the quality. I have three separate headache hats and I can see the difference in all of them. The first hat holds ice longer than the other two which hold is for 30 min max

My husband has suffered migraines ever since having a brain tumor, and this hat has been a huge help to him. My adult daughter visited the other day and was complaining of a headache, so I let her wear it and she loved it. So I bought this second one and sent it to her house. I've also used it myself, wearing it like a scarf to cool myself down or soothe sore muscles. NOTE: we bought the XL, and any smaller would be too small. I am 5'10" and my husband is 6'2" with a big head.

This headache cap definitely felt pricey but it was so worth it. My other TheraIce headache caps I own never stayed cold for longer than 2 or 3 minutes at a time, but this Headache Hat definitely stays cold for AT LEAST 10-15 min. If you suffer from migraines and are considering getting it, do it! (Also I literally never leave reviews on products, which is how you know this is a great product)
