The hair is fine at last, but I do not like the price of the shipping

Never ordering from here again. I’ve been purchasing k tip hair extensions from here for over 10 years their choice of delivery service is trash paying all these fees for your package to arrive days/weeks after intended date not their fault but they choose to continue to use FedEx and I’m over it! Constantly having to reschedule my clients because their hair is not arriving in time for install. On to a new supplier.

Because the items I bought were on sale, I cannot return them or get a full refund. They are offering a store credit. The extensions need to be removed who’s going to pay for the removal? Extremely disappointed.

Your service is always been great. I’m usually happy with the hair. Lately I’ve been having tangles with every type I get. These one step wefts slipped out of my client‘s hair before she even got a chance to wash it.
