I get the awake patches and use them every day. I can instantly feel a little boost which helps me throughout my day. I forget to eat a lot of the time and when I do eat, it’s not protein and veggies so I tend to get low on energy and vitamins. These patches help!

I like buying them on the website vs. other places because the website itself will offer discounts as you order more, which I always do. Plus they come in just a couple days!

I like the natural way that this helps you fall asleep. It’s easy it goes on my wrist and I wake up feeling refreshed although I will say as soon as you wake up, make sure you take the patch off otherwise you’ll want to linger in the bed. 🤣
