the Goodcart team was helpful. i forgot to add the promo code for the welcome kit and was charged, i told them to remove the item if needs 2b charged. THey refunded the amount for the item but they sent the welcome kit anyway. Thanks Goodcart team.

I missed to indicate my house no. and update the staff on site HSBC immediately, however, this information was not pickup and/or update to delivery partner and they have to call me to obtain the information. Need improvement on communication.
