The delivery service (via Royal Mail) was a little bit disappointing but the team was very responsive. I got my order just on time. I tried the relaxer and it is a good one for sensitive scalp. So I really recommend it.

Since ordering and making payment I have heard nothing further about delivery time or if /when order is sent. I was charged delivery when it was free delivery. I have sent two emails on 9th April and have received no acknowledgement or reply. I cannot give a good review yet as I have yet to receive order, refund of postage or even an acknowledgement that my emails have been received. I am hoping that company is legit and I will receive my order.

The product I received was not as advertised, as the picture on the website was of old stock and I was sent the new equivalent. I spoke with customer services and they very kindly agreed to accept my return. I am giving this review having returned the products but before I have received my refund.
