I am not happy with the fact that my boss continues to be late. And the season is pretty much over when I receive the items. You provide great products to us and it’s always exciting to receive my box, but I’d like to have it on time. You don’t have a problem taking my money out on time.

Subscription boxes are hit or miss some stuff you'll like, other stuff you'll love!! All items make great gifts . If it doesn't work for one, it'll work for another! Customer service is excellent . . I'm also impressed with the communication every step of the way. BRING ON THE NEXT !!

Shipment was late but the communication was good.

I recently received the desk gift set from the Finer Box. The items themselves were good quality, and you can tell thought was put into the selection. The sweater was okay, nothing standout but still decent. That said, the set just wasn’t a great fit for me personally. I don’t really have a need for most of the desk items, so while the quality was there, the overall usefulness missed the mark for my lifestyle. It’s a solid gift set, just better suited for someone who would get more day to day use out of desk accessories.
