I think the product is okay. It works good but I think that the scrubbing particles are a little scratchy. I do enjoy the balm that the scrubbies are mixed in. It leaves my skin smooth. ❤️

The customer service really stands out to me; the original order that I placed was marked as "delivered" by FedEx and I never received it. The customer service department of the Feelist was so incredibly helpful and kind, and very on top of my order! They kindly sent me a new order.
