Every time I visit my grandchildren (I also visit my granddogs) and I like to give them special treats since I don't see them that often. Shipping and service are both good, only complaint is with the online ordering system. I always seem to have a problem when I try to order something, before I can get it straightened out. It works out eventually, but it is difficult to use.

Buddy is a basset and is very food motivated, however with Jerky treats, he will go against his own desire to taste a piece of his treats. Last month I increased the order to 3 packages instead of the original two packages. It is a hit!
