Really great customer service as usual, responding immediately to all requests and questions, and always going the extra mile to keep the customer happy. Thanks!

Outstanding service and product knowledge from Fatima. The watch is beautiful and nicely priced.

How do I have it made smaller

It was a birthday present for my son. And he absolutely loved it. Even the look of it.

Thank you Fatima and team for excellent service, Highly recommend The Diamond Box.

Fatima is an absolute jewel of a person. She has such a beautiful heart. I bought a ring there and it had to be delivered to me. From buying to receiving my ring was such a pleasure. Very competitive prices. Fantastic friendly and knowledgeable service. Will definately buy there again with yhis excellent services and very good prices. What a pleasant buy it was.

If you're thinking of buying a ring, I highly recommend Diamond Box. The service I received was 100/100! The lady who assisted me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's the kind of place where you can walk in feeling down and leave feeling uplifted. They truly know how to treat their customers and make the whole experience special. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. If I ever need to renew or upgrade my ring, Diamond Box will definitely be my first choice. Keep up the excellent work! 😊

Bought an engagement ring. Fatima (at the watch section) started swearing at me. She claims her children had the phone.

I’ve had a CAT analogue watch for almost 20 years. When she saw it, Fatima said they could polish it for me. When I picked up my watch, I couldn’t believe it was the same watch. It looked better than it did when I bought it. Amazing!
