Very bad!!! I ordered 2 ties Christmas week and they arrived to the Oakland, CA FedEx on Dec 24. They are flagged "Clearance delay " and require a manufacturer identification code. Today is Jan 12, 3 weeks since arriving, and nothing. No word from Dark knot informing me of the situation. Nothing. I have emailed them but no reply. Very bad and very disappointing.
