Love! Decadently smoky and completely delicious. Can taste bits of cumin and onion. Slightly spicy. Restaurant quality. Doesn’t make a huge quantity (single serving) but super easy to make. Will definitely get it again. This is the second product I’ve tried from The Cumin Club. So far they’ve been outstanding!

I just tried my first meal from The Cumin Club, the Dal Chawal. Love! Restaurant quality. I can taste the different individual spices. VASTLY better than the RTE Indian food pouches and very quick and easy to make. I will definitely buy this again and will be a regular customer of The Cumin Club. I bought 5 meals at non-subscription price, and this one was well worth the cost. I am certain that the other flavors will be equally high quality.

Easy and always great

The meals taste decent. Good for backpacking and camping. But the subscription service is a scam. First, they enroll you into a subscription service and then when trying to cancel their subscription, through the website you need to say yes I want to cancel my subscription couple of times only to lead to a page where the only option is "keep the subscription". There is no way to cancel the subscription online. Only after emailing them was my subscription cancelled. Misleading company.

This is definitely not restaurant quality ill give remaining packets to my daughter who is college that needs quick easy meals

i bought a 5-meal sampler on Amazon. The first one I made was Paneer Tika Masala, which i enjoyed. Then I made the Sambar Idly and the Dal Tadka, which left me cold. I am not Indian, but cook a LOT of Indian food. I have made Dal Tadka many times and homrmade is MUCH better! then CC's. don't want to burst the bubble, but Cumin Club is just mediocre. I won't be ordering more.

They refused to cancel my order and refund me even though I requested to cancel a single order BEFORE the order was even processed or shipped. I’m going out of town and they’re claiming I didn’t say anything about canceling even though I did and in time. I even sent them screenshots of my email that they ghosted. They also have no customer service line to reach out to so email is the only option and they did a terrible job rectifying their error. Complete BS, don’t let this happen to YOU! Also their portions are small and everything except the tikka was mid at best and some of the weird stuff I wanted to try was terrible… now I’m stuck with another $70-80 order that I didn’t want full of their micro-meals and half of them I didn’t even like and I’m freaking out of town. They’re taking a mistake in their end, blaming ME and sticking ME with the charges. Zero stars isn’t an option apparently so I guess they get 1 star

Fraudulent subscription for meals I did not choose. Please cancel order and refund payment. I am in my 80's

I did not realise this was on repeat order - and my internet was down so did not see the delivery notification email until too late - tried to cancel as the bill was over £90 - they dont have a contact tel number and take too long to answer messages - even so, my message was not read properly and they did not address my concerns - they did not address the fact they are sending me 19 meals at a higher price - the food tasted nice, just bit too salty as we dont use salt in home cooking - cant see how to cancel the account on their page so having to email

Way spicy can’t eat.

4 weeks after placing my order I was charged for another order! I never even created an account and somehow I got wrangled into a subscription! It really shouldn't be that easy to make that mistake! Sadly, I have to pay the piper (and eat the food which isn't so bad).

I just tried my first order. For medical reasons I am on a lower sodium diet. I am so happy to have found food, that is easy to fix on those days when I do not have the energy to prepare a meal, and it comes within my sodium range. The other plus is these meals do not have a bunch of preservatives added because they are freeze dried. My final note is they taste really good.

I just received our first box and I've never had freeze dried entrees, so I was curious and not expecting too much. Wow, it is absolutely delicious! It tastes fresh and the flavors are perfection! I'm so glad I ordered a box with one of everything. . . . . . truly ooking forward to enjoying these meals throughout the month.

Just opened my recent shipment and three meals out of 20 were missing. Had to unfortunately cancel my subscription.

I tried two packeds 3 days apart. Both were marked MILD and they still burned my digestive tract and made me really sick. I obviously am too frail to eat your lovely food. Please let me cancel my subscription. Please. I will pay the difference if Ihad ordered a one-time order the first time. Please.

I bought under the non subscription price and they signed me up for a subscription without my consent. Very frustrating.
