4 weeks after placing my order I was charged for another order! I never even created an account and somehow I got wrangled into a subscription! It really shouldn't be that easy to make that mistake! Sadly, I have to pay the piper (and eat the food which isn't so bad).

I just tried my first order. For medical reasons I am on a lower sodium diet. I am so happy to have found food, that is easy to fix on those days when I do not have the energy to prepare a meal, and it comes within my sodium range. The other plus is these meals do not have a bunch of preservatives added because they are freeze dried. My final note is they taste really good.

I just received our first box and I've never had freeze dried entrees, so I was curious and not expecting too much. Wow, it is absolutely delicious! It tastes fresh and the flavors are perfection! I'm so glad I ordered a box with one of everything. . . . . . truly ooking forward to enjoying these meals throughout the month.

Just opened my recent shipment and three meals out of 20 were missing. Had to unfortunately cancel my subscription.

I tried two packeds 3 days apart. Both were marked MILD and they still burned my digestive tract and made me really sick. I obviously am too frail to eat your lovely food. Please let me cancel my subscription. Please. I will pay the difference if Ihad ordered a one-time order the first time. Please.

I bought under the non subscription price and they signed me up for a subscription without my consent. Very frustrating.

I'm so glad I found these! They are so easy to make, and I can't wait to order more. I already have ideas of how I'm going to add fresh vegetables to some of the lentil dishes.

Their customer service is great. They are courteous and friendly. They responded to my email within few hours. Happy with the vegetarian meals also.

I cooked my the paneer from my bag of paleek for paneer according to the instructions. The cubes of paneer were hard if they weren’t super tiny, and more importantly, there were two hairs not belonging to anyone in my house inside the meal. Def won’t be buying again.

I needed to pause an order, and when I received a reminder email from The Cumin Club, I went into my account and paused the next delivery until July. Two days after I paused my order, I received an email that my order was being processed. I was charged $125. 00 and my order will be received in 3-5 days, despite my pausing the order. The Cumin Club makes it entirely too difficult to pause orders. It is buried in their website and even if you manage to pause an order, it doesn't matter. Do not recommend.

I'm a digital nomad. My address changes with the seasons and I often spend months at a time away from where I can get mail. I wanted to try Cumin Club after seeing the reviews but couldn't commit to any address for more than a month at a time. I ordered ten meals, but I wish I'd ordered 20. These are FANTASTIC. I'm blown away. I love Indian food and even in my nomadic existence, I often cook Indian food. But this satisfies passing cravings in five minutes vs all day of cooking. If you're on the fence, try placing an order at full price vs subscription price. If you're like me, you've had the hassle of forgetting to cancel a subscription and it gives you the freedom to try the foods without the commitment. I would personally switch to subscription in a heartbeat if it were feasible. 5 of 5 stars.

The butter chicken with cumin rice is the best I’ve ever had. I’ll never make it from scratch again.

Please do not waste your money -

Fist time user here. I've only had two so far. Both easy to make and very tasty. The one with the rice balls raised my blood sugar too high. The spinach sauce, which I ate with brown rice, my blood sugar was very good. Definitely buying the spinach one again. I'll let you know about the others when I eat them

I am blown away by this Indian Food. It rivals the delicious meals that I get at several Indian restaurants. I can't believe how easy the dishes are to make and how delicious they are. Best of all, there are no preservatives or artificial ingredients. I highly, highly recommend!

Excellent choice for college students. We ate dal makhani and dal tadka, it was yummy and quick to prepare. If you are a student, you should try this at least once and believe me you will eat it everyday 😀

I placed a one time order and paid the hiogher price. The meals were good but I subsequently received a second deliver at an even higher price of over £9 per meal. I had to cancel my payment card and after promising to investigate and get back to me, three weeks later I am yet to receive a refun d or even an explanation of why they stole my money for servic es and goods I didn't order or offer any kind of explanation. I liked the meals and would definitely have ordered again, but not now. Be very careful.

Love Indian food and now I can make it myself at home. I have to say it’s as good if not better tasting than most Indian restaurants I’ve eaten at and much cheaper. The simmer sauces are spectacular and easy to prepare. All the food I’ve tried has been delicious. I’m doing a subscription so delivery is monthly.

I tried my first cumin club order last night. It was not one of the simmer sauces, but a Curry. I have never had such a bland curry in my life. It was rated as mild, but I would call it flavorless. I added fresh green onions and two types of hot sauce. I would recommend for people to save their money and get some Taste of India packets at the grocery store. They’re much better—they have fresh vegetables, fresh sauce, and there’s so much flavor. I see that three out of six of the Cumin Club’s simmer sauces are medium spice, but with everything being freeze dried, I don’t have much expectation that this will be anything mind blowing or surpassing what is sold in stores.
