The cones are not bad at all, but very fragile. When filling the cones they break very easily. I ordered 200 as samples, out of the 200 about 170 of them were actually usable maybe less. About 10 of them arrived broken (which I expected) and over 20 of them broke while being filled. My advice to the company is add a few extra in the box just to make up for the ones that are broken during shipment. I’ve bought from a few other places and they all have the same issues when shipping them so that’s expected, but just add a few just to keep customers happy! Also the team over there is great, every email I sent regarding the shipping got a response immediately! Thanks guys, looking forward to future business.

Product replaced to do wrong product being shipped. Took a full week to get to me. But, they were good about replacing the old, dried out tubes with glass tips they sent.

I got the reefers from them. I actually put a comment with my machine specifications since my machine takes a very specific bottom dia. I just made the comment to the mail id post purchase.
